Alternative Fitness

Feel like working out at the gym or running are the only ways to stay fit and healthy?  Not so!  Belly dance is a great way to stay healthy both mentally and physically, and there are many other non-traditional ways that are both fun and effective.  Invite All Points to your event or school to talk about how you can have fun and be fit at the same time and then experience a belly dance class to illustrate the point!  Approximately 1 hour to 90 minutes (can be tailored to fit within a class period for schools).
